It is strictly prohibited to use the (www.herbacentral.com) domain name in any type of public advertising such as: flyers, newspaper ads, business cards, pull tabs or any other form of advertising printed on paper or displayed on the Internet for viewing or for public distribution.

The violation of this notice will result in a formal complaint to Herbalife of Canada and Herbalife International and or legal proceedings in a court of law.



Registered distributors:
All registered distributors may advertise their own personalized URL (Web site address) associated with herbacentral.com in any way they choose, taking into consideration Herbalife's Internet and advertising regulations, the advertising regulations of their province, state, city or municipality. If you are not aware of the regulations, please contact us for all the details.

Violation of this policy by any registered distributor, will result in immediate termination of the account with herbacentral.com.

NO REFUND of funds paid to herbacentral.com including, funds paid in advance for the use of herbacentral.com, shall be remitted to the offender upon termination of the account.
